Heavy-duty water repellent nylon Cordura. Coated with a urethane back for water resistance. Edges double stitched. Pocket flap closes against Velco fastener. Heavy-duty Cordura web loop attached to accommodate belts up to 2-3/4. New side loop can hold mini-flashlight.
