Returns
1. Call our toll-free number, 877-773-COPS (2677) in the U.S. or 815-899-2997 locally for assistance or…
2. If the merchandise is to be returned, please call us to have a return merchanice authoirization (RMA) number issued for your return. we will make every effort to handle your return or exchange as soon as possible.
3. Place the merchandise in the carton in which it was delivered if possible, or use another type of sturdy carton material. Wrap and tape the package securely. Please use a heavy black marker and write your C.O.P.S. Inc. provided RMA # on the outside of the carton.
4. Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If we have made an error on your order, return the merchandise to us as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will handle your return or exchange as quickly as possible. However, if you are returning merchandise for reason other than our error, ship the package back to us as soon as possible, insured and prepaid. Keep your UPS or delivery receipt. Orders returned for other than our error are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
5. If your package is DAMAGED when it arrives.:
a. INSPECT the package for obvious damage. Inspect the product for concealed damage.
b. SAVE ALL original packaging, and the product for carrier to inspect.
c. NOTIFY the carrier IMMEDIATELY concerning any damage.
d. FOLLOW the carrier’s claim procedure.
e. DO NOT return damaged products until requested by the carrier or C.O.P.S. Inc.
We accept no returns on SPECIAL ORDERED items (i.e. body armer, outside carriers, and leather coats, ...) or worn/ used equipment. This includes anything we have done alterations to taylor a better fit.
All return, exchanges, or refunds must be made within the manufacturer permitted return period from the date of purchase.
There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise that is not our error.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately so that we can help resolve your issues. If possible, please return it in the original box with packing material. Please refere to "Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds" above. If we except your product for refund, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding any shipping/handling charges. We do not accept returns on used or customer-damaged items.
